Fundamental revision of data import
In daccord 1.6.3 the functionality of data import is revised fundamentally. Firstly the import itself is speeded up, secondly an optimized matching of data out of a target system to actual data in the daccord database leads to a significant higher data quality.
Manual person mapping
User accounts that don’t allow an automated person assignment can be manually mapped to a natural person. This minimizes the number of unmatched user accounts. This assignment is possible via the daccord user frontend for system responsible persons and via the daccord admin frontend for administrators.
Manual categorization of user accounts
In daccord user accounts can be assigned to a „category“ in order to allow a better and more precise evaluation. The categories can be automated imported out of the target systems in case they are maintained there. Otherwise the user accounts can be manually categorized by the respective system manager in the daccord user frontend or by the respective administrator in the admin frontend.
Hidden systems
It is possible to „hide“ various systems that are linked in daccord, so that they are not displayed in the daccord user fontend. This functionality is used for instance in case a system is no longer used productively but the data is still necessary for historical evaluations. In the user frontend this data must not be displayed as it is irrelevant for that case. Moreover you can hide a system when it comes to a modification in data import so that no incorrect data is temporarily displayed.
Breakdown of user frontend tabs in pages
The various tabs (views) such as persons, roles or systems are displayed in separate html pages (i.e. systems.html) in daccord version 1.6.3. This makes it possible to directly switch to a concrete entry level in the required views.
